The past few weeks Rodney Hegerty from Braoadwater Marine Philippines has been ignoring his clients requests for an answer to the sale of two engines that were supplied to a client under good faith that engines were in brand new condition, and also all accessories. Unfortunately the buyer was scamed by Roger Hegerty and BroadWater Marine, as the engines that were delivered were not in good working order or like brand new at all.
